Shipping Ethos

Kalesa uses almost entirely re-used shipping materials in an effort to reduce/reuse/recycle. We appreciate your support in our efforts to minimize impact and hope you don’t mind the shabby appearance.

Shipping Domestic/Canada

Flat Rate Shipping to the USA is $15, and flat rate to Canada is $25. We are a very small (one-woman!) operation and will try to fulfill orders within 48 hours. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Shipping International

Flat Rate Shipping to International locations is $40. If shipping doesn’t seem to work for you, please let us know and we can do our best to accommodate.

Returns

At the moment Kalesa does not accept returns, but if you are unhappy with your purchase please reach out and we will do our best to remedy.
